Turn heads with our Sienna Kumihimo Necklace, the perfect blend of daring and elegance. This necklace offers a novel and luxurious display of style, featuring an elegant array of sapphire, medium blue and sparkle grey beads woven together in a traditional kumihimo braid, artfully finished with a sterling silver paperclip chain.  The striking combination creates a powerful allure that's hard to resist. Lightweight and perfect for all seasons, it's your chance to make a bold statement. Dare to be different!

This necklace looks stunning with our Snowdrop Earrings.

Kumihimo braiding is an ancient process developed in Japan to hold samurai armor in place. The process evolved to a more decorative use by adding beads to the strands. This is a labor-intensive process as it takes time just to string the beads onto the strands, then place the strands on the foam disk or Madurai device where the actual braiding takes place. The beads are then woven into the braid one at a time.

Jewelry Care

There is the possibility that some cosmetics/skin care products and perfume may discolor the materials used to create a piece of Carabella by Cheryl jewelry. It is best to use perfume and hairspray before putting jewelry on.

To prolong the life of your jewelry, please avoid showering, bathing or swimming while wearing.

Sterling Silver jewelry should be stored in a dry environment or in a plastic zip bag to prevent tarnishing.  You can clean the item with a jewelry polishing cloth.  Carabella by Cheryl is not responsible for any damage caused due to cleaning.

Gold plated jewelry should not be polished with a compound, vinegar or jewelry polishing cloth as this may wear the finish down over time. Instead you can wipe clean with a soft damp cloth followed by a dry cloth.
