Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase! While we inspect all items carefully before we ship, should an item show up broken or defective we will be glad to issue you a replacement or repair it and get it back to you. If this is the case, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
Exchanges and credits are not available outside 7 days, unless there is a defect with the jewelry (read "Warranty" section below).
Because each piece of jewelry is handmade to order we do not offer refunds. We are a small company with limited inventory and resources. If you are terribly unhappy with an item we are happy to exchange it for another item or offer you a store credit for a future purchase.
Please do not return an item without first reaching out to us.
Qualifying items must be:
* Unworn and in new condition
* In their original packaging
* Sale items, fine jewelry and custom items are FINAL SALE.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
In the event of an exchange/credit, the customer is responsible for shipping costs involved in the returning of the item. Item must be sent back with original packaging and with receipt of purchase. Items returned/exchanged without prior notification will not be processed.
Shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your return back to Carabella by Cheryl will be the responsibility of the customer. Packages requiring COD or other fees will be not be accepted or deducted from your credit.
For product exchanges, shipping costs and any other associated fees with sending the new product to the customer will be the responsibility of the customer.
Your credit or exchange will be processed once Carabella by Cheryl has received the product.
RETURNED PACKAGE
We will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:
1) The address provided by you was not correct.
2) The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
We will offer the possibility to have the package reshipped once the jewelry has been sent back to me. In that case, we will send you a message to confirm the shipping address, and you will need to pay re-shipping and handling costs before sending the package again.
WARRANTY
Under our warranty, we’ve got your back. This means that for 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. Just contact us and we'll work together to find a resolution.
The warranty does not cover lost or stolen items, cosmetic damage, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), water damage, improper use or storage of your product, normal wear and tear and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Carabella by Cheryl.
The warranty does not include mistreatment of your jewelry, including improper use or storage, lost items, or damages caused by accident.
